Hello World…

… but mostly, India.

Just wanted to inform you that this site is now up.

I hope you’re all rubbing your hands awaiting all the data visualization goodness to come.

This is mostly about India, the land of elephants, elections and a LOT of people. The elephants, though, are dying out.

Some of them you’ll find on my primary blog.

I intend this to be a collaborative blog. I’ll also be inviting collaborators over.

In any case, stay tuned.

      Thanks! Hope we live up to your expectations. If you have interesting, original visualizations about India to contribute, we’d be happy to host them.
      We’re also relying on you to spread the word.
      And yes, this is an extension and expansion of what is here.

      Thanks Gautam!
      As of now, it’s going to be on a CC Licence. Not-for profit. This is also a collaborative blog, the focus being India.
      Some things will have to be worked out as we progress.
      We’ll keep you updated.
